Developing: Missing Child Found in Motel Room, Georgia Man Arrested

A Georgia man is facing felony charges after deputies found him with a missing child in a Gordon County motel room, according to police.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta, Gordon County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 29-year-old Nicholas Kowalski at a motel near Highway 41 and Interstate 75 in Calhoun. They returned the child to their parents.

Kowalski faces charges of aggravated child molestation, cruelty to children, and related offenses. He is currently in custody at the Gordon County Jail.

Investigators have not disclosed additional details about the child’s disappearance or condition.
