After a rough showing in Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Atlanta quarterback Kirk Cousins showed why the Falcons gave him a four-year, $180 million contract this offseason. After Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley dropped a pass that would have iced the ‘Monday Night Football’ victory for the Eagles with less than two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Cousins led the Falcons down the field in the blink of an eye. Atlanta drove 58 yards in just over a minute before Cousins found Drake London in the endzone to set up a go-ahead PAT with just 34 seconds remaining. While Philly gifted Cousins the opportunity with Barkley’s key drop, Falcons fans have to be encouraged by that game-winning drive.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. While there was justifiable worry about how the 36 year old Cousins looked in his first week back from last season’s achilles injury, Cousins looked improved most of Week 2 and like his old self on the final drive. With that being said, can you name the active NFL quarterbacks with the most passing yards-per-game in their career (with a minimum of 1,500 attempts)?
Good luck!
