DJ Fantan Appeals for Help After Ex-Wife and Children Go Missing
DJ Fantan has set tongues wagging on social media after announcing that his ex-wife, Gamuchirai Nemukuyu, and their two daughters have gone missing.
The popular ChillSpot DJ took to Facebook on Thursday, 6 March, to share the worrying news. He stated that his estranged wife and their children were last seen in Mbare on Wednesday.

Ex-Wife and Children Last Seen in Mbare
According to Fantan, Gamuchirai had plans to skip the country with their children without his permission or the proper travel documents.
“We are desperately searching for Gamuchirai Nemukuyu (mai Fafi) and 2 minor children, Rufaro Kamudyariwa (6 years) & Ruvheneko Kamudyariwa (5 years), last seen Wednesday, 5 March 2025, in Mbare. Information last received is to the effect that she had plans to flee outside Zimbabwe with the children without proper travel documentation,” part of his statement reads.

DJ Fantan expressed deep concern about the safety of the children and urged his followers to report any information to the nearest police station or directly contact him at 0774339360. Alternatively, people could reach out to the children’s grandmother at +263782009221 or +263771682805.
“We are extremely worried about the safety of all and mainly the minor children. Anyone who has information about their whereabouts, please report to any nearest police station in Zimbabwe and also contact Arnold Kamudyariwa (Father) 0774339360 Edith Katiyo (Grandma +263782009221 or +263771682805 immediately,” he said.
Fantan confirmed that a missing person’s report had been filed with the police.
