Tender Greens Introduces Fall Flavors With Limited-Time Holiday Meals and Feasts

From Nov. 6 to Jan. 8, customers can pre-order festive meals, which feature high-quality ingredients crafted for a memorable experience.
Among these new offerings is the individual Holiday Steak Plate, seasoned with holiday spices and drizzled with red wine shallot sauce. Accompanied by slow-cooked cauliflower and potato gratin, along with sautéed French green beans, this platter promises to satisfy any holiday craving.
Holiday Feasts (serving 10) allow families to enjoy a gourmet meal without the fuss. All feasts can be picked up chilled and ready to warm and serve at home:
- Holiday Steak Roast Feast – $195
This supersized version of the steak plate is served with red wine shallot sauce, sourdough bread and a choice of three sides (half pan or 160 oz). Gravy is included if mashed potatoes are selected. - Holiday Short Rib Feast – $205
This crave-worthy meal features 10 pieces of braised short rib with red wine shallot sauce and citrus gremolata, along with sourdough bread and a choice of three sides (half pan or 160 oz). Gravy is included with mashed potatoes.
Holiday Meals (serving four) will be hot and ready for immediate enjoyment:
- Holiday Steak Roast Family Meal – $65.95
The holiday steak roast for four comes with a red wine demi-glaze, sourdough bread and choice of two sides (quarter pan or 80 oz). Gravy is included with mashed potatoes. - Holiday Short Rib Family Meal – $67.95
This succulent braised short rib comes in four pieces with a red wine shallot sauce and citrus gremolata, sourdough bread and a choice of two sides (quarter pan or 80 oz). Gravy is included with mashed potatoes.
