A video of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell being cut off by his attorney as he discussed his legal battles has gone viral on social media.

The clip has been watched more than 375,000 times since being posted on Twitter on Tuesday by commentator Ron Filipkowski.

Lindell was “cut off mid-sentence by his attorney, who strongly advised him to stop talking immediately,” Filipkowski wrote in the caption.

The clip comes from the latest episode of his show The Lindell Report, in which he discussed his legal battle with Dominion Voting Systems.

The Donald Trump supporter has repeatedly claimed, without evidence, that the 2020 presidential election was rigged and the voting machines were to blame.

In October the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Lindell’s bid to dodge the $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed against him by Dominion.

During the episode, Lindell said he would soon be revealing news about Election Systems & Software (ES&S), another voting machine company.

Lindell said: “By the way, everybody, do you know what Dominion has given in their discovery so far in their big lawsuits? Zero.

“Do you know what they are going to give, everybody? Zero. They contest everything.”

He continued: “I am going to have news tomorrow about ES&S, the other machine company in this country. I am going to break a little news here right now, Brannon [Howse]. This will probably surprise a lot of people.

“I don’t know if you know about it. Do you know where I took a lot of my team, the cyber team and my IT people, do you know what county in the country I am having them focus on, for the next couple weeks?”

Lindell then paused while his co-host Howse prompted him to continue.

The MyPillow CEO appeared to be getting a message from someone off-screen or in his ear.

Lindell said: “Erm, just hold on a second, talk through it for a second. I am getting advice from my attorney here not to say anything.”

Howse began to laugh and swiftly changed the subject.

Since having his Twitter page reinstated, last week, Lindell has continued to call for the end of electronic voting machines.

“I’m back!! Thank you @elonmusk and by the way MELT DOWN THE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES AND TURN THEM INTO PRISON BARS!” he tweeted on December 16.

However, some social media users were quick to point out that Lindell himself could face prison as a result of the lawsuits and investigations against him.

Yale professor Howard Forman wrote: “Are you going to prison soon? I don’t think we need more prison cells. There will always be room for you!”

Newsweek has contacted Mike Lindell for comment.
